Biden Moves to Fill CFTC Vacancies – The Wall Street Journal

WASHINGTON—President Biden said he plans to nominate Rostin Behnam as chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and announced two additional picks to fill vacancies at the derivatives regulator. Mr. Behnam has served as a CFTC commissioner since 2017 and has run the agency as acting chairman since Mr. Biden took office in January.
